As those of you whom are beta members no doubt has noticed, there is a new version of the beta online. Beta 0.8.2.3.
In this version I introduced rooms that only beta members can enter. The reason for this is that I have a lot of new features that I want to test out. At the same time I don’t want to have to use time on updating the old client for each update.
In short, expect lots of new things in the beta rooms over the next few weeks.

Good, no non-beta people can’t come in our levels now and mess them up. Us betas are pretty much more mature than non-betas… for example, (OMG) the whining 8 year old.

Chris can yoy post a list of chat “/” comands? Because I typed /lol in the chat and it poped up and said ‘*SYSTEM:unknown comand’. So then I typed ‘/kick toby’ who was in my beta world at the time, and it kicked me out of my level and said ‘Tsk tsk tsk, you tryed to kick a mod. You lost the game’ Pleas help, to what I know he wasn’t a mod.

Then I tryed ‘/kick willardb’ my user name and it kicked me but it said ‘Tsk Tsk Tsk you tryed to kick [somthing can’t, remember]… sadly it backfired and you lost the game. FAIL. You can’t kick gods. Get a BETA you know IRL to go on your level, give them the code, and then try to kick them.
Alsoi tryed ‘/reset’ and it put me back at the spawn point.
the /reset command resets the level from the previous save. It’s useless if you haven’t made anything since the last save, but helpful if your level was just trolled.
P.S. /kick and /reset ONLY WORK ON BETA-ONLY LEVELS.

The only one that really seems both practical and possible is the Friends list. But seriously, 3D? I know that’s the big thing but really- what would be in 3D?! It’s a 2D platformer, and the Smileys would get royally messed up in the process. Please think these things through.

You know, you could just go to beta.everybodyedits.com and sign in with that (I think) and you would get BETA.
The Kongregate Login is different from the Beta login. I’m not sure what you mean by “that”.
Just to get some facts down
-Chris said BETA chat not non beta chat
-When you type “/kick *insert someone here*” there is a glitch where it calls everyone mods
-For whoever said “So then I typed ‘/kick toby’ who was in my beta world at the time” Toby actually is a mod XD
-Typing “/reset” resets the level to what it looked like the last time it was saved and teleports you to the top left so you dont get trapped

got a few ideas…
a background: yeah, like you can build blocks back there for a background.
a brick that lets you go to the back ground and foreground upon touching it, many good puzzles with that.
jumping height depending on how long you hold down the space bar: i had a dream about it once.
and hopefully normal e.e. will get chat before the new year!

Chris i have found a bug in the lobby when you search in the search worlds it does not find any worlds for you.
I might be bad at explaining but this is a major bug.
This happens for a short time when I update the game.
Update 8.2.4 is not fun XD
I know, but it is needed for some of the new updates.
